Our students prepared a puff pastry appetizer, spinach and kale salad with orange balsamic vinaigrette, tomato bisque with sweet potato chorizo souffle as the main dish, and an almond pastry case with vanilla bean pastry cream and fresh fruit as the dessert.
Columbia took home the awards for:  Best Written Test score, Best Dish washing/Utility Team, Best Salad, Best Entree, and Jenna Jackson was named Team MVP.  Columbia also received first place overall! Congratulations!

The Columbia Kiwanis presented bikes for the Webb children at the game as well.
